All hay is made on-site from permanent pasture comprising a variety of grasses, clover and other forage.  Unlimited quantities are available for all horses under any of our livery packages without additional charge. Fine Yorkshire Timothy haylage in also available. Our hay and haylage is systematically analysed by the Irish Equine Centre, Ireland’s national equine laboratory. Our winter wheat straw is locally produced and made specifically for horses.

Our paddocks are large, and the forage mix of grass, clover and other pasture species is highly suitable for horses.  Since we have a limited number of liveries and forty paddocks, we can rotate these regularly so that there should always be something for your horse to nibble on whilst outdoors, except in extreme weather.
